Payment and Insurance

Clients may pay for services upon scheduling via booking link. I am not a member of any insurance networks, so payment for my services would be considered “self pay”.  If your insurance company provides out of network reimbursement, I will provide you with all the necessary information on a form called a “superbill.” Families are welcome to receive prior authorization from their pediatrician for occupational therapy services.
